How do I make the payment?

Currently we only accept for online bank transfer.  You may directly bank in into following Maybank Account (Bank account number: 512464548822).  For more details, please refer to Payment Method.

How do I remove items from my cart?

Once you changed your mind to the stock in the cart, you can press "remove" in cart page.  You may refer to Remove Item.

Is there any minimum order value?

It depends on the product, if the product didn't mention about quantity, that means you can place the order for the product minimum 1 piece.

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

After you place the order, you will see "Thank You for your purchase!" at the page.  That means you have already submitted the order and may proceed to payment.  You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order.  You may refer to Successful Order.

Do you have any discount voucher/ promotion?

Always keep an eye on our website, we will provide limited discount voucher sometimes.  Ya, we do have promotion also at some specified time period.

What can I do if I forgot my password?

How long is the effective time after place the order but haven't made the payment?

At the time you place an order, we will try to remind you after 24 hours if you forgot to make the payment.  After the another 24 hours, we will cancel the order directly if didn't receive any response from you.  Sorry for inconvenience.

What can I do if I meet some technical issue in Mr Cheap website?

How much is the shipping cost?

The lowest fee of shipping cost is RM7.50, will vary depends on parcel actual weight & volumetric weight.  In addition, you may found some beyond shipping fee when placing multiple items order, this is because the system will add up the shipping fee of every particular item.  When you met this kind of situation, don't hesitate to contact us about verification of shipping fee error and further adjustment.  Thank you for your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you can track your shipment once we proceeded the shipment.  You will get the tracking number from us via e-mail.  If you didn't receive any updates 3 days after order placement, please contact us for further inquiries.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, sure you can change your shipping address.  Please make sure you have inserted correct shipping address to avoid shipment failed.  For further instruction about change of shipping address, please refer to Change Shipping Address.

How long will I receive my parcel?

Normally we will send out the parcel in 3 working days.  For shipping address in Klang Valley area, you will receive the parcel in 2 - 3 working days.  For non Klang Valley area, you will receive the parcel in 3 - 5 working days.  We will inform you if we can't proceed the shipment within 3 working days.

What if I received the wrong item?

For wrongly shipped item, please contact us (mrcheap9818@gmail.com/019-2281399) immediately and give us your transaction reference number.  We will solve your problem as soon as we can.
